books.miaandmonami.com (the “Site”) is operated by One Big Media Company LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), doing business as Mia And Monami. By using the Site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

Our products

We sell digital products, mainly ebooks delivered as PDF downloads. Descriptions, prices and availability may change at any time. Books marked “coming soon” are not yet for sale.

Purchases and payment

Payments are processed securely by third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your full card details. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise, and you are responsible for any taxes or fees your bank charges.

Delivery

After a successful payment you will receive access to your download on the confirmation page and by email. If you have trouble accessing your purchase, contact us and we will help.

Refunds

Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, sales are generally final. If your file is damaged, you were charged by mistake, or something else isn’t right, contact us at [email protected] and we will review your request in good faith. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

License to use our books

When you buy a book, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to read it for your own use. You may not copy, resell, share, upload, or distribute our books or other content, in whole or in part, without our written permission. All content on the Site is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws.

Not professional advice

Our books and content share our personal experience and general information about relationships, culture, travel, and moving overseas. They are not legal, immigration, financial, tax, medical, or psychological advice. Every situation is different. For decisions about visas, money, safety, or your health, please consult a qualified professional. You are responsible for your own decisions and their results.

Affiliate program

If you join our affiliate program, additional terms provided at sign-up apply, including commission details and disclosure requirements. Affiliates must clearly disclose that they earn a commission and must not make misleading claims about our products.
